Now that the election is over it looks like I'll probably be going back to California to job-hunt. I'm thinking maybe San Diego.

Have watched all the current seasons of Bones and am fiercely in love with that show. I particularly like that the side characters are as fun and well-developed as the main duo. Cam could probably use a little more development, as could Sweets, but Angela, Jack, and Zach are all fully-fleshed out characters, which I appreciate.

It's fun to have a new fandom. I did a doodle, very quick and highly revealing of my inability to draw anatomy properly. That might be why I like drawing faces.

I just finished the novel Soon I Will Be Invincible by Austin Grossman. It's a witty, sardonic, sometimes achingly real parody of comic book-style superheroes.

If you liked Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, you'd adore this book. The book is, in fact, better. I wish it were a musical too.
